St. Peter Woolen Mill is a proud member of the Sustainable Furnishings Council, a non-profit coalition of home furnishings industry and environmental leaders. We have always been sustainable. Nowadays, we wash the wool in hot water from a computer-controlled, energy-efficient water heater and our wool waste is picked up weekly and sent to a composting site.
